Never Mind the Wrinkles is Cheryl Riley (married name Fenestraz). I’m the sole trader of Never Mind the Wrinkles, and as such, I am committed to giving you the best quality products with the best customer service. I’ve spent years in customer service helping people with problems, and as a customer myself, I know what’s necessary to fix a situation with an unhappy (temporarily!) customer.

MATERIALS AND PRINTING
Materials for each product are listed in the product description for each item. The printing process used is called ‘direct to garment’. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate, meaning we can’t guarantee 100% color accuracy.
The prints are created with the latest in shirt printing technology. All inks are water-based and Eco-friendly. This gives each print a soft, comfortable feel. You may notice some discoloration or off white residue, but don’t worry! This is a special solution used in printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains, they will wash off after their first wash cycle.
Please read care instructions carefully. They are presented for each item in the product description.
Size charts are provided for every product. Please check the size charts, as the sizes may differ depending on the brand, or the brands that you have previously bought. Items bought usually cannot be exchanged for ‘wrong size’ so please choose carefully.
All items will be printed and ready for shipping within 3-7 days of receiving the order. If for any reason there will be a delay that we are aware of, we will contact you for further instructions. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you for further instructions.
You will have a choice of shipping times and costs at checkout. Shipping times start after printing times. Please understand that while we trust the shipping companies to adhere to the shipping schedule, they may not be able to always deliver your goods on time. We cannot compensate customers for late deliveries, although if you contact us we can try to help you track your item. All shipping times start after your items have been printed and packed for shipping. Please be sure that you enter your shipping address correctly, we cannot be held responsible for lost goods due to incorrect addresses entered into your order.
Our goods are supplied either from Europe or the USA, depending on your location and the availability of goods at the time of your order.
Please note: International shipments may incur customs fees. Custom’s policies are different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees, they are to be paid by the recipient of the order.
We also now accept Paypal! Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you can make the payment.
Please note: As Never Mind the Wrinkles is an Australian business, all receipts/invoices will show in Australian dollars. If you need a receipt/invoice showing the currency you paid in, just send us a request by email and we’ll get one to you as soon as we can!
Never Mind the Wrinkles will refund/replace any item which is not as you ordered. This includes wrong size supplied, wrong colour, or goods which were clearly damaged before you received them. Photos will be requested to substantiate any return claim. We may ask you to return the item with shipping costs being your responsibility. We will not refund any item due to ‘change of mind’, notwithstanding the adherence to Australia’s consumer law. Please get in touch with us if you have a problem, we will do our best to sort it out for you in a professional, legal, and fair manner. Please don’t send us an item for refund until you have contacted us first. We will then instruct you what to do with the item. Our main aim is your satisfaction, so please always contact us and we will do our best to give you what you are looking for.
Once your refund has been approved by us, a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card company, it may take some time, according to the banks’ processing times. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you request a replacement, we will order it and send it to you as quickly as possible. We are unfortunately unable to control shipping times.
Should you be asked to return a product for a refund, we will provide you with the appropriate address at that time. Please do not return anything to us unless we have specifically asked you to. If you return an item to us without being requested to, your refund may be delayed or refused.
CONDITIONS OF ITEMS TO BE RETURNED/REFUNDED
If we request an item to be returned, it should be sent to us in new condition, as you received it, in the original packaging.
